Overview
OfficeHandy provides browser-based office tools. Our goal is to keep core file processing on your device whenever practical.
What data we handle
Most uploaded files, formulas, images, and PDFs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers by default. Some tools may store recent work in your browser storage or encode tool state into the URL when you choose to create a share link. If you use a future link-shortening or premium feature, the submitted data for that feature may be transmitted as needed to complete that request.
Local storage and share links
QuickTeX saves recent expressions in localStorage on your device. CSV QuickPlot can place chart state and selected row data into a shareable URL hash. If you work with sensitive information, avoid sharing generated URLs and clear local browser data when appropriate.
Analytics
OfficeHandy uses Google Analytics. The Google tag may load with consent mode defaults so the implementation can be verified, but analytics storage remains denied unless and until you accept through the site banner. We use analytics to understand page usage and improve the site only after that consent choice. You can revisit that choice later through the site’s Privacy Choices controls.
California privacy notice
If you live in California, you may ask about the personal information we collect, request deletion where applicable, request correction where applicable, or ask privacy questions. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will review requests in light of applicable California law and any operational or legal exceptions.
Third parties
The primary third-party service disclosed here is Google Analytics, if consented to. Cloudflare may also process hosting and content delivery data as part of normal website operation.
